The website provides general information about iQQuip^®, the PlyoDyne^® platform, movement training, professional applications and possible research use. Website content is not a quotation, an offer capable of acceptance, a treatment protocol, medical advice, diagnosis or an individual recommendation.

3. Product information

Product images, dimensions, configurations, specifications and descriptions are provided for general orientation. Moofit B.V. may refine products and website information. The specification, price, delivery scope, installation requirements and other conditions stated in an accepted written quotation or order confirmation govern an actual transaction.

4. Professional and medical boundary

PlyoDyne^® is currently presented as professional movement-training and research equipment, not as a CE-marked medical device. Information on this website does not establish clinical effectiveness or replace the judgement of a suitably qualified professional. Users and organisations remain responsible for appropriate assessment, instruction, supervision and task selection.

The website concept, design and original website production are owned by Milanco Management B.V. and are made available to Moofit B.V., trading as iQQuip^®, for operation of the iQQuip^® website. The website was created by Mark Driessen.

iQQuip^®, PlyoDyne^®, product documentation, technical drawings, product imagery and other product-related intellectual property remain the property of Moofit B.V., its licensors or the respective rights holders. Unless expressly stated otherwise, other original website content is owned by or licensed to Moofit B.V. Content may be viewed and printed for internal evaluation, but may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, republished or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
