The official EU harmonised notice below is provided as a prominent reminder of consumers’ legal guarantee rights. These rights apply against the seller under the applicable law and remain separate from any additional commercial warranty.

iQQuip warranty approach
iQQuip does not currently offer a qualifying commercial guarantee of durability covering the complete product for more than two years at no additional cost.
Accordingly, the EU GARAN durability label does not apply to the current PlyoDyne® offer and is not displayed on the product pages. Any separate commercial warranty will be defined in the quotation, order confirmation and applicable warranty terms. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Please include the product configuration and, preferably, the serial number. If the serial number is unavailable, include the invoice number where available, together with the purchase or delivery date and a description of the issue.
