02 — SAFETY ESSENTIALS

Read these points before use.

Clear movement area

Keep the complete shaft path clear, especially behind the user where approaching persons may not be visible.

Indoor use

Use and store the equipment indoors under normal room conditions. Protect it from water, condensation, direct heat and prolonged sunlight.

Stable installation

PRO ONE requires a stable, level floor. PRO WALL requires a suitable load-bearing wall and installation by a competent installer using all six fixing positions.

Secure adjustments

Make adjustments and weight changes only while the handle is stationary and fully secured in the Passive Safety Holder.

Approved weight

The maximum removable weight is the complete supplied set of 4.975 kg. Use only approved PlyoDyne® weights.

No prohibited lubricant

Do not lubricate the shaft, handle, keyway, clamps or dry-running components. Only the intended flexible-joint ball bearing may be lubricated when required.

Progress gradually

Start at low load and speed. Establish one-handed movement control before introducing two-handed, high-speed or high-load training.

Not play equipment

PlyoDyne® PRO is professional movement-training equipment and must not be used as children’s play equipment.
