01 — WHY PRO ONE

Independent of wall installation.
Identical core mechanics.

PRO ONE is designed for professional settings where a self-supporting installation is preferred or suitable wall mounting is unavailable. The movement mechanism, Range Control Ring and selected configuration are integrated into one floor-standing structure.

PRO ONE requires a suitable, level floor. The recommended operating space corresponds to the clear exercise area shown in the FAQ, because the shaft remains angled during normal use. Its core movement mechanics are the same as those of PRO WALL; the principal difference is the supporting structure and installation format.

02 — THE MOVEMENT PRINCIPLE

One straight axis.
Movement in three dimensions.

01

Shaft tilt

The shaft tilts in multiple directions around the flexible joint.

02

Shaft rotation

A bearing above the joint allows the complete shaft to rotate.

03

Keyed handle travel

The handle slides along the groove and rotates only together with the shaft.

03 — ADJUSTABLE SUPPORT POSITION

Set the equipment reference
for the individual task.

01

Height-adjustable ring

Move the Range Control Ring vertically to leave shaft tilt free, define its maximum range or support the shaft.

02

Height-adjustable support handles

Move the support-handle assembly up or down to suit the user’s body dimensions, starting position and intended exercise.

03

Securely locked

After adjustment, the ring and support handles are locked in their selected vertical positions.

The ring affects shaft tilt and support; it does not limit handle travel along the shaft. The support handles provide a separate physical reference for the user. These are equipment settings, not a treatment protocol.

Passive Safety HolderKeeps the training handle securely parked when it is not in use.

04 — S AND M CONFIGURATIONS

SPACE REQUIREMENT

Compact footprint. Defined exercise area.

Top-view PRO ONE exercise-area illustration with 525 by 650.6 millimetre base plate dimensions, 1.75 metre exercise radius, left- and right-handed exercise positions and the one-metre reference dimension.
The illustrated left- and right-handed exercise areas may overlap, depending on the exercise and user position. Two-handed exercise remains within the same overall operating area.
Recommended clear floor space≈ 2.0 × 2.40 m
Minimum ceiling height2.50 m
Exercise radius1.75 m
Base plate525 × 650.6 mm
Joint centre550.6 mm from base-plate end

Clear movement space

The illustrated sector represents the clear exercise space required in front of the PRO ONE. Left-handed, right-handed and two-handed exercises are performed within this same operating area. The equipment itself occupies only the much smaller base-plate footprint.

Allow additional clearance where necessary.
Consider the user, circulation and surrounding walls, furniture, lighting, fittings or other objects.

Room-planning note: the approximately 2.0 × 2.40 m recommendation is a practical room-planning allowance around the illustrated exercise area. It is not the physical footprint of the PRO ONE.

Safety and positioning information.

Stable level floor

Confirm that every floor-contact point is supported and that PRO ONE cannot rock or slide.

Clear exercise area

Keep the complete shaft movement path clear, including the area behind the user.

Indoor conditions

Use indoors under normal room conditions and protect the equipment from moisture, heat and prolonged sunlight.

Relocation

Remove the shaft before moving PRO ONE. Stored weights may remain only when the locking pin is secured in its upper position.

Maximum removable weight

Use only the supplied or approved weight set up to a total of 4.975 kg.

Professional equipment

PlyoDyne® PRO is not children’s play equipment. Underage users require appropriate supervision.
